Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Mike is honest, good to work and does his job. He repaired our chimney which had leaked and had extensive dry rot which included a supporting beam for the second story. The Second story deck was in danger of collapse. All this was repaired without damage or removal of the stucco wall. Frank, his carpenter is great. The second story deck is really good and has added value to our home.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
I had went through 2 contractors that were on my insurance preferred list ( what a joke). I was desperate to find a good contractor. I start searching the web and found Stewart concepts. I sent email request for a quote. This was on a Saturday, Mike contacted me immediately . Mike was the only contractor that actually picked up the phone and called me to discuss what I was needing. Other only sent me a text message. Mike was honest and open when said he was going to do something he did it. His crew was every professional and took great care of my house. Yes I am going to use Stewart Concepts again.

Project: Remove Unwanted Water
I hired Stewart Concepts, (Mike Stewart) when 65% of my house flooded due to a broken water line pipe in the attic. The flood affected the living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and master bath. Mike worked directly with my insurance company to obtain the correct amount to rebuild what was damaged. All my hardwood floors, sheet-rock, insulation, baseboards and vinyl flooring had to be replaced. Mike worked within my budget and what the insurance company allowed to get my dream kitchen and laundry room. Mike is awesome to work with. He is extremely professional, yet personable, he listens, keeps you up to date with the progress and sends pictures. This is has been such a relief since I work full time. His sub-contractors are completely professional, courteous and always on time as well. I highly recommend Stewart Concepts for any project. Very reliable, professional, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. Always kept me inform via text or phone on progress of work. Work started early and worked till late and always, always cleaned-up after. If there was any possibility of new expense to incur, I was always informed and options were given. No employee smokes, uses profanity and very professional. Although I work 12 hours a day away from work, I was always kept inform what project was worked on and what completion to expect when I arrive home.

Mike helped us remodel the bathroom in our first home. Being a first time home buyer, Mike did an amazing job of answering all of our questions and alleviating any concerns we had.
